Get progressed position for a single body using secondary progression.
Parameters
- bodyName: ProgressedBodyName
  Name of the celestial body
- birthJD: number
  Julian Date of birth
- targetJD: number
  Julian Date to progress to
- progressionType: ProgressionType = 'secondary'
  Type of progression (default: secondary)
