Estimate when the next aspect will occur.
Parameters
- body: CelestialBody
  Transiting body
- natalLongitude: number
  Natal point longitude
- aspectAngle: number
  Target aspect angle
- fromJD: number
  Starting Julian Date
Returns number | null
Estimated Julian Date of next aspect, or null

Remarks
This provides a rough estimate (within a few days) for when an aspect will occur. Use findExactTransitTime for precision.
