Find when a transit enters the orb.
Parameters
- body: CelestialBody
  Transiting body
- natalLongitude: number
  Natal point longitude
- aspectAngle: number
  Target aspect angle
- orb: number
  Orb size in degrees
- searchStartJD: number
  Start of search (before expected entry)
- searchEndJD: number
  End of search
Returns number | null
Julian Date when entering orb, or null if not found

Remarks
Searches backward from the exact time (or forward from search start) to find when the deviation first becomes less than the orb.
