Check if an aspect crossing exists in a time window.
Parameters
- body: CelestialBody
  Transiting body
- natalLongitude: number
  Natal point longitude
- aspectAngle: number
  Target aspect angle
- startJD: number
  Start of search window
- endJD: number
  End of search window
Returns boolean
True if there's a crossing in this window
