True if the aspect crosses sign boundaries unexpectedly
Remarks
An out-of-sign aspect occurs when two bodies are within orb of an aspect
but their signs don't match the expected relationship.
Example: Sun at 29° Aries, Saturn at 1° Capricorn = 88° (within square orb)
but Aries-Capricorn is not a square relationship (should be Aries-Cancer).
Check if an aspect is out-of-sign (dissociate).
